♥Open Secret to my Diet Plan...

Well... Many of you asked me... how did I manage to slim down? 5 Easy Steps to go ^^
1. No junk food, No sweet stuffs including drinks
2. Drink more water (Plain Water)
3. Eat your dinner early/No dinner
4. Exercise at least 2 to 3 times... everytime time length 2 to 3 hours
5. Keep a personal Diet Note book with yu and record every single things you eat.

Currently I am still working on my diet plan, manage to see my face become sharper... and waist become smaller... Lol... Like previously my face was like.... haha... Hamburger? and my double chin is gone!!!! Soooooo Happy ^^ I am working towards 55kg... Jiayou!!
